Location: Dallas, TX
Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 (based on experience)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic leasing consultant to join our team in Dallas. As the heartbeat of our community, you will welcome prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Showcasing Our Community: Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the unique benefits of our residences.
Leasing Process: Walk prospects through the entire leasing process with professionalism and a personal touch.
Resident Relations: Address inquiries, assist with lease applications, renewals, and service requests in a friendly manner.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails to ensure resident satisfaction.
Administrative & Technology Use: Utilize property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) to keep accurate records of residents and applicants.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies while maintaining an inclusive environment.
Team Collaboration: Partner with your team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver outstanding resident experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of leasing experience in a property management setting (required).
Fluency in English (Spanish preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy – familiarity with leasing software like Yardi or AppFolio preferred.
Fair Housing seminar attended within the past year.
Weekend availability and reliable transportation.
