Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position Responsibilities
Research, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
Apply complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to design systems and new product development
Reviews complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs
Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product
Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives
Develop and revises Statements of Work and Supplier Statements of Work
Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools
Monitors engineering execution to provide technical oversight and recommendations for solutions
Participates in Scaled Agile Framework planning and execution
Oversees training, leads and mentors others
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years' experience managing projects with Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting requirements
9+ years' experience with data analytics or computer technology
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Active Security Clearance
EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager
Experience of one or more KC-46 aircraft programs
Experience supporting program configuration audits
Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work
Experience performing root cause corrective action analysis
Experience with systems integration lab design or installation
Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $106,250 - $143,750.
