Responsibilities Accountable for leading the sales and service function for the designated Financial Service Center(s). This includes sales leadership, tracking results, metrics, pipeline management, coaching and developing sales skills of branch staff, and aggressive business development.

Develop strong knowledge of Univest’s consumer and commercial products and services.

Motivate and coach staff to work as a team to achieve assigned goals.

Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies.

Coach, evaluate, and develop staff with career path and succession planning focus.

Generate and maintain expected sales and performance goals.

Monitor and maintain branch profitability.

Identify and develop prospective leads for new business.

Cultivate existing business relationships.

Partner with other lines of business to formulate selling strategies for prospective and existing customers.

Represent the bank in civic and community functions.

Participate in at least one civic or non‑profit organization.

Participate in bank‑sponsored events and community activities.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Univest Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalency.

NMLS registration within regulated guidelines.

Sales experience with proven results.

Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated independent decision‑making skills and effective delegation.

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability.

High performance in sales, customer service, business development, and leadership.

Advanced knowledge of consumer and business lending and credit processes preferred.

Ability to work accurately and organized to manage job pressures and deadlines.

Ability to delegate and manage in a multi‑office environment, if applicable.

Previous experience with MS Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to coach and develop a staff.

Community/non‑profit involvement.

Professional appearance following dress guidelines.

Successful completion of the Univest University Advanced Leadership Certificate Program within 12 months of hire.

Wage Range The salary for this position starts at $78,000 – $88,000.

Benefits Overview

Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for single or family (beginning the first of the month following start date).

Retirement Plan: 401(k) participation with up to 3% employer match after 6 months.

Paid Time Off (PTO): 20 days annually (prorated during first year).

Short Term Disability: 10 days annually of sick time with a doctor's note (prorated during first year).

Commissions: paid quarterly based on individual and team production.
