Sys Integrator/Test Engineer (E1784:Sys Integratn/Test Eng Stf)
Position Overview Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a senior test engineer to join the Global Communications & Navigation Mission Segment for Program 330. The selected candidate will serve as the Integration Verification and Test (IV&T) Lead responsible for subsystem testing, integration testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Responsibilities
Develop plans and procedures for test execution, including defining and mapping segment/subsystem‑level requirements to test cases.
Coordinate and develop presentation material for test‑related reviews such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Segment Completion Reviews (SCR), and Pre‑Ship Reviews (PSR).
Work closely with P330 SEIT Lead, development team, and program management to define and meet test objectives.
Develop Quantifiable Backup Data (QBDs) documenting test case progress, Discrepancy Reports (DR), and overall test completion.
Present test status and results to Program Management and the Customer at major test reviews and weekly program status meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with program leadership, ICs, and the Customer.
Familiarity with the DOORS requirement traceability tool.
Familiarity with the P330 mission and adjacent missions.
Prior experience presenting test status and results at formal customer‑level program reviews.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Prior work experience with software, information management, or communication systems for Space or Ground segments.
Experience performing system engineering, test, or analysis in a medium to large scale system.
Ability to test and troubleshoot operational systems.
Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Eligibility and Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens and must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
Location & Work Schedule Onsite Full‑time in King of Prussia, PA. Work schedule: 9x80 with every other Friday off (First shift).
Benefits & Compensation National Pay Statement: Annual base salary range $109,200 – $192,510 (for applicable states). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays.
