You will work with business leaders and their teams to confirm regulatory compliance, support with strategic initiatives and projects, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and foster improved environmental performance in order to steward the environment where we live and work.
What You’ll Do
Maintain necessary environmental records and prepare and assist with submission of applicable environmental reporting
Conduct on‑site inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, and corporate environmental policies and guidelines
Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Train on and safely operate mechanical equipment as required
Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required
Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program
What You’ll Need
Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
Ability to work flexible hours as neededAbility to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Engineering, or related field required
