Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (On‑Site)

What you’ll do
Design electrical components and sub‑assemblies from requirements through release.
Prototype, test, and integrate designs; document results in your engineering logbook.
Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues.
Create and maintain high‑quality documentation (schematics, prints, BOMs, specifications).
Prepare design packages for review and maintain traceable design history.
Collaborate in multi‑discipline efforts, balancing system‑level tradeoffs.
Support research activities, scout new technologies, and fuel product innovation.
Independently lead specialty electrical design tasks.
Technical background we value
Mixed‑signal (ADC/DAC) and precision measurement system design.
Microcontroller hardware design.
Analog circuit design.
Closed‑loop temperature control systems.
AC power design (single‑phase and three‑phase).
High‑voltage design (1 kV and above, typically low power).
Motor control and drive electronics.
HMI (human‑machine interface) design.
System architecture and integration.
PCB/PWB design and PWA manufacturing considerations.
Wire harness design.
Soft skills & team fit
Strong communicator with solid documentation habits.
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and facilitation abilities.
High awareness of cross‑functional stakeholder needs and design implications.
Credentials
MS preferred; BS with substantial related experience considered.
7+ years of applicable electrical engineering experience.
Reporting line
– Reports to the Manager, Electronics Research & Engineering, or the Manager, RF Products.
