The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving investment strategy through advanced financial modeling and market analysis. This position requires a strong foundation in real estate finance, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support key business initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
Design and manage complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, applying valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), internal rate of return (IRR), and return multiples Conduct comprehensive market research and scenario analysis, including acquisition/disposition strategies, development feasibility, and risk assessments Partner with Legal and Construction teams to review and analyze contracts, loan documents, leases, and offering materials to ensure alignment with investment objectives Proactively manage project priorities, communicate progress effectively, and anticipate business needs in a fast-paced environment Stay informed on industry trends and emerging market dynamics, delivering insights that support strategic planning and enhance portfolio performance Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate finance is required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A or a related financial role Background in public accounting or investment banking is highly desirable Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
