As an
Associate Broker , you'll support investment sales, acquisitions, and capital market transactions within the Multifamily sector throughout Wisconsin. Working with our brokers, you'll analyze, underwrite, and communicate financial and market fundamentals that guide client decisions. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the transaction lifecycle, from underwriting and valuation to marketing, due diligence, and closing, within Colliers' collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain advanced financial models using Excel and Colliers tools
Participate in property tours, pitches, and client meetings
Desire to develop and maintain relationships with institutional real estate investment firms and private client investors.
Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and marketing materials integrating research, valuation data, and narratives
Conduct market research, rent and sales comparables, demographic studies, and submarket trends
Analyze and underwrite apartment communities using cash flows, rent rolls, and operating statements
Support teams in preparing BOVs, RFPs, and presentations
Coordinate due diligence and closings with internal teams, clients, buyers, and lenders
Review leases, appraisals, loan documents, and other materials to assess valuation driversMaintain accuracy in CRM and research systems, including CoStar and Real Capital Analytics
Collaborate with brokers to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field, MBA or Master of Real Estate a plus
2-10 years of financial analysis or asset management experience, preferably in commercial real estate, investment sales, or capital markets
Advanced Excel skills, Argus Enterprise or RedIQ experience preferred
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and investment summaries
Knowledge of valuation, debt and equity structures, and underwriting processes
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for fast‑paced, deal‑driven environments
Active or willing to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License within three (3) months
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, or similar platforms
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing databases
Exposure to multifamily transactions, acquisitions, or investment underwriting
Active involvement in industry organizations such as NAIOP encouraged
Familiarity with Wisconsin and Midwest multifamily markets preferred
