The Senior Finance Manager, North America

will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Finance Director and North America leadership, including both Operational and Commercial teams. This pivotal leadership role is integral to driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the North America business unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, delivering insightful analyses and actionable recommendations that influence key stakeholders. Additionally, this role includes indirect oversight of all North America plant controllership functions, ensuring alignment with broader financial goals and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the North American Leadership team to provide strategic financial direction for the business, including pricing, staffing, inventory, and other critical business drivers.

Partner with the North American Leadership team to deliver reporting and results for the business unit to total division and segment stakeholders.

Support North American Operational and Commercial leadership as a business partner to identify root cause and drive countermeasure activity and accountability throughout the business.

Responsible for all accounting and FP&A functions within the NA business including daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual close and forecast.

Consolidate forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, profitability and other related areas.

Conceptualize, design and iteratively build data‑driven analytical models.

Lead and develop North American finance organization including site finance leadership and local accounting analysts.

Conduct analyses and reporting including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, and graphical summaries of financial performance.

Provide key analyses and recommendations on strategic and other executive projects.

Provide ad‑hoc reports for decision making and business assessments at a glance.

Routinely and proactively conduct detailed financial analysis (minimize surprises). Report on root causes, remediation plans, and updated status.

Drive consistency and continuous improvements in processes, and financial tools across the business.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant and progressive accounting/finance experience including financial leadership, public accounting and/or manufacturing experience with consolidations, audits, financial reporting, and public company finances.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with multi‑site responsibility preferred.

Ability to identify process or reporting irregularities and collaborate to influence changes to enhance data availability and accuracy.

Previous experience analyzing and improving trade working capital metrics to increase cash flow is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly establish a personal brand within the organization to drive cross‑functional collaboration and influence resources outside one's direct responsibility.

Ability to focus on overall objectives for a given process or accounting area while diving into transactional detail if needed to resolve questions or issues.

Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives, changing direction along the way to achieve business objectives.

Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff to enhance the proficiency, competencies and long‑term development of the team.

Motivated by and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with frequent ad‑hoc requests and changing priorities.

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Oracle ERP system, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream is a plus.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Travel:

Some travel to other Regal Rexnord locations is expected. Estimate 10–15% per quarter.
