to shape and scale strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). In this role, you will serve as a

strategic operator and trusted advisor , cultivating partnerships that extend the value of QuickBooks Online and deliver powerful, integrated solutions for mid‑market businesses. You’ll architect joint go‑to‑market programs, influence product direction, and align internal teams around shared partner outcomes. You’ll work cross‑functionally, translating complex engagements into measurable growth, and drive Intuit’s mission forward to scale into the Mid Market. Responsibilities Manage and work closely with leadership of the Intuit Partnership to develop commitments to revenue and growth in North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Serve as a key member of the Partner Development team in helping to define and execute partnership strategy and go‑to‑market efforts from planning through launch and optimization. Create and execute a strategic business development plan for target industries with assigned partners, and ensure alignment with Intuit’s strategic direction and internal stakeholders. Engage partners’ field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Intuit. Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using Intuit. Integrate with Intuit sales teams to drive sales engagements between partners and Intuit, ensuring seamless partner execution. Ensure partners are successful using Intuit services and have the technical resources required to deliver against customer needs. Manage regular reporting and performance cadences (e.g., QBRs, retrospectives, dashboards) to ensure visibility and drive improvement, providing partner feedback to internal product development teams. Communicate and collaborate with Intuit partner teams, field sales, solutions architects, and business development partners’ capabilities and successes. Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the Intuit senior management team (e.g., QBRs, retrospectives, dashboards) to ensure visibility and drive improvement. Support complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group. Identify new opportunities for growth, experimentation, or deeper collaboration within existing relationships; cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and execution‑focused team culture. Required Qualifications 5+ years in ISV partnerships, SaaS alliances, business development or strategic account management—ideally with enterprise or B2B partnerships. Proven success building and scaling GTM programs with measurable results. Strong communication and executive relationship‑management skills. Experience working with mid‑market or enterprise partners—preferably in SaaS, fintech, or accounting ecosystems. Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and operate with accountability. Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, with an ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Ability to work independently and proactively, making strategic decisions with limited guidance. Comfort with tools like GSuite, Excel (pivot tables), and Smartsheet; reporting and analysis experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience working with or managing relationships in accounting, ERP, or SaaS ecosystems. Familiarity with API‑based SaaS integration models, go‑to‑market models, and joint solution development. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus or equivalent experience.
