Demand Planner
Join our team at Ultradent Products, Inc. to elevate your career in demand planning. Ultradent is a global dental manufacturing leader seeking a skilled, motivated Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy and shape strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts utilizing advanced tools and historical data.
Analyze market intelligence, sales trends, and promotional activities to ensure forecasts are accurate and up to date.
Present analytics‑driven insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify sales indicators and provide actionable analysis to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Lead or participate in monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand and supply plans.
Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supply Planning and Inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory and achieve service targets.
Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for market changes.
Ensure data integrity in demand planning and forecasting systems.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is ideal.
2–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis is preferred.
Proficiency in ForecastPro or similar forecasting tools is preferred.
Advanced analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP and planning systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams.
Strong problem‑solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and adept at managing priorities.
Experience in a global or multi‑regional planning environment is a plus.
Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and demand planning best practices.
APICS or IBF certification is a plus.
