Role Overview The Marketplace FastTrack team is searching for a high‑energy, motivated Partner Enablement Program Manager. The Commercial Marketplace is a critical growth engine for Microsoft and our global partner ecosystem. As cloud adoption, AI integration, and digital procurement accelerate, customers expect seamless, modern buying experiences. The marketplace expands Microsoft Azure’s functionality through a broad ecosystem of third‑party offerings. This role focuses on helping partners publish and transact quickly, collecting insights to continually improve the Marketplace platform and experience.

Responsibilities

Drive product and service improvement by collecting, organizing, and prioritizing partner feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.

Coordinate with partners to resolve issues and assess scalability of challenges across many partners.

Own partner engagement to understand goals, roadblocks, and training needs, and develop partner‑specific strategies for success.

Work with engineering to support product improvement based on partner feedback.

Generate actionable insights and compelling narratives to inform program decisions.

Identify and proactively address project risks and issues.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross‑group engineering.

OR equivalent experience.

At least 2+ years of experience working with enterprise software marketplaces.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross‑group engineering.

OR equivalent experience.

Passion for technology and customer‑obsessed mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Exceptional project planning, prioritization, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Extensive industry and horizontal solution domain knowledge.

Experience with partner, program management, partner management, or product marketing roles is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical, and executive‑ready presentation skills.

Experience working with partners across all maturity phases and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and executives.

Record of defining and executing successful business strategies.

Ability to simplify and synthesize complex market dynamics and technology needs.

Demonstrated history of working through ambiguity, leading by example, and self‑starting.

Solid understanding of core cloud computing fundamentals – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.

Experience in business process automation through AI agents is a plus.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Benefits & Compensation The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year. In the San Francisco Bay and New York City metropolitan areas, the range is USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year. Additional benefits and compensation details are available at
