Senior Estimator
to lead the estimating department for its flagship projects in South Florida. This is a strategic, high‑visibility role with direct access to ownership and a clear path to
Director of Estimating
within the next couple of years.
What You’ll Do
Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts from conceptual budgets to final GMP.
Manage all trade divisions, subcontractor bid coverage, and scope alignment.
Oversee value engineering, cost modeling, and risk assessment.
Present proposals to clients, developers, and internal executives with confidence and clarity.
Mentor junior and mid‑level estimators, promoting estimating best practices.
Attend industry networking events and maintain relationships with developers and trade partners.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and alignment.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of progressive estimating experience, including high‑rise (15+ story) or luxury mixed‑use projects.
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of construction costs, scopes, and preconstruction processes.
Strong presentation and leadership skills – must be client‑facing.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline (Sage), and BuildingConnected.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
