Position Overview
Looking for an exciting Construction Management opportunity? SnapLock Industries is hiring an Installation Division Manager to be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling a nationwide network or certified installation partners, including both independent contractors and reseller/dealer installers, for their SnapSports modular flooring systems. This role oversees the full lifecycle of the installation network—from recruiting and onboarding to contract management, compliance, and quality assurance. The position ensures that all installations—whether through direct projects, resellers, or dealers—meet SnapSports performance and brand standards.
Your Day to Day Network Development & Onboarding
Develop and implement a strategic plan to build and maintain a robust national network of installation partners, including reseller and dealer-affiliated installers.
Recruit, evaluate, and onboard qualified installers to meet regional coverage, capacity, and service quality goals.
Lead orientation, training, and certification programs to ensure consistent installation quality, brand representation, and customer satisfaction.
Establish performance standards and metrics for all installers across direct, reseller, and dealer channels.
Contract Management & Administration
Draft, negotiate, and manage all installer and subcontractor agreements, including those tied to reseller and dealer networks.
Ensure full compliance with insurance, safety, licensing, and brand requirements for all installation partners.
Maintain and administer a centralized contract database with tracking for expirations, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to support proper contract execution, payment terms, and risk management practices.
Operational Leadership
Supervise the Project Manager and Technical Project Coordinator to ensure clear scheduling, communication, and execution of installations.
Coordinate cross-departmentally with Sales, Customer Service, and Production to align installation capacity and timelines with order flow.
Serve as the central contact for all field operations—supporting direct installs, dealer installs, and reseller projects.
Monitor and improve scheduling efficiency, installation lead times, and customer satisfaction through proactive management and communication.
Develop relationships and communication processes with dealer and reseller partners to align installation practices with SnapSports standards.
Provide ongoing training, technical support, and resources to ensure dealer/reseller installers maintain certification and performance compliance.
Evaluate reseller/dealer installer performance using defined KPIs for quality, timeliness, and adherence to contract requirements.
Partner with the National Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate installation support for dealer-led projects and promotional programs.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Establish and enforce installation quality standards, site verification checklists, and inspection procedures.
Conduct periodic audits of installation partners—including dealer and reseller installations—to ensure brand and quality compliance.
Implement continuous improvement processes for installation methods, training materials, and project delivery performance.
Lead corrective action plans and performance reviews for underperforming installation partners.
Budgeting & Reporting
Develop and manage the division’s annual operating budget, including installer training, travel, and quality audit programs.
Prepare regular reports on network capacity, installer performance, and project quality outcomes.
Contribute to company-level strategic planning by identifying opportunities for cost efficiency, installation capacity growth, and customer satisfaction improvements.

What We Would Love About You
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a nationwide contractor, installer, or dealer network.
Proven experience with contract management, field operations, and installation oversight.
Knowledge of modular flooring, construction, or specialty surfacing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project scheduling, reporting, and CRM/ERP tools.
Ability to travel as required to job sites and partner locations.
