Collaborating with contractors and trades, you build trust and respect, guaranteeing high‑quality installations with keen attention to detail. Your leadership inspires and motivates the team, fostering a culture of excellence where everyone thrives!
Schedule & Location This full‑time position is based in the vibrant city of St. George, UT 84790. Your schedule will embody the dynamic nature of construction, with workdays typically running from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to ensure project success and surpass client expectations.
What We Need From You Pro‑Active Communication
Participate in and conduct meetings as required
Safety
Pre‑construction
Scheduling
Site/Superintendent
Daily crew briefing
Trade Professionalism
Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC experience
Maintain Certifications. Set Example
Conduct site inspections and quality audits
Reinforce commissioning checklist completion
Reinforce reviews/level reviews/advancements
Maintain Trust Certification
Process Driven
Continually contribute to accurate 3 week schedule
Confirm accuracy of time punches for crews
Maintain BT and job site Daily Logs
Uphold vehicle prep & inspection 'rack‑to‑back'
Reinforce no will‑call policy. All purchasing requires PO
Oversee construction phase processes
Oversee warehouse interaction with install
Oversee accuracy in field receiving PO vs Ship tickets
Adaptable
Manage workforce to optimize revenue
Serve your Team / Build Allies
