Responsibilities

Provide Senior Systems Engineering and Technical Support for Zero Trust Implementation.

Collaborate with ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and contribute to strategy and planning documents.

Conduct risk mitigation assessments and provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards and policies.

Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation (release notes, installation guides, frameworks, SOPs, plans) aligned with Zero Trust mandates.

Research and analyze cloud security environments, scalable infrastructures, and identify capability gaps for ICAM services.

Define implementation processes and outline hardware/software considerations for ICAM services.

Author technical documentation on system components, configuration details, and advisory content to support ICAM installation and planning.

Assist software developers with requirement tracking, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support.

Develop outreach and communication strategies for external partners.

Requirements

10 years of systems engineering experience

Experience with EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards

Understand the concepts of REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth/SAML), and Kubernetes.

Work in a collaborative environment, and be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused.

Experience with software development methodologies

Ability to solve complex system/integration problems

Experience briefing senior‑level management

Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures

Strong verbal and written technical communication skills

Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non‑technical personnel

Desired Skills

Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements

Experience with developing program review materials

Experience with Confluence and JIRA

Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting

Tier‑2 Level 2 support experience a plus

Strong customer service with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems
