Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Manager of Respiratory Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino, you will oversee operations and administration of quality care via our Respiratory Care service lines including acute and sub-acute respiratory care, pulmonary diagnostics, non-invasive cardiology and neurodiagnostic services. You must be knowledgeable in state, Joint Commission (TJC), and other accrediting agency standards and regulations. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical department managers and directors on performance improvement projects, participate in hospital committees (Critical Care Committee, Infection Control Sub-Committee, Code Blue Sub-Committee, etc.), and deliver care with a commitment to social justice, health equity, and innovative solutions. Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field. Minimum five (5) years experience in the related field. Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience. License as a Respiratory Therapist. Pay Range
