Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive

with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and by highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will prospect, study industry trends and news, and conduct effective product demonstrations to grow your client portfolio. Training is provided to equip you with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility and achieve career success. You will also learn digital marketing and sales skills by working with internal experts, product marketing and product management specialists. Note: this role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support with regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Travel – Build strong client relationships by conducting regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of the office.

Basic Qualifications

A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience. Current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite level. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company. Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
