The Pharmacist will support both Chandler and Gilbert facilities, ensuring safe, timely, and effective pharmaceutical care for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and interprofessional collaboration. How You’ll Contribute
Verify and dispense medications, oversee medication‑use processes, and review drug therapies for appropriateness and safety, including anticoagulant monitoring. Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve medication‑related outcomes. Support compliance with regulatory standards, conduct medication safety initiatives, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical and operational practices. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy; BS Pharm or PharmD required; accredited clinical residency preferred. Current state license to practice pharmacy. Two (2) years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Benefits
