Responsibilities Our engineers collaborate with interdisciplinary partners and coordinate with diverse engineering teams to ensure project success. Typical duties include:
Develop design studies, prepare engineering calculations and analysis.
Attend project meetings, perform walkdowns, mentor junior employees.
Produce precise, error‑free drawings, calculations, and analysis that exceed industry codes and client expectations.
Develop engineering documents that surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety, and advanced design techniques.
Deliver engineering solutions that align with quality assurance programs.
Build strong client relationships through clear communication.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated designs that meet project requirements.
Take expertise on‑site, engage with client personnel, perform plant walkdowns.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications for mid‑level position:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
Experience in engineering services, power generation, nuclear, heavy industrial, chemical, pulp & paper, energy or government projects preferred.
Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work individually and in teams.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Senior Engineers: 7 years of post‑graduate experience in related role.
Principal Engineers: 10 years of post‑graduate experience in related role.
Note: Some roles may involve federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship.
Pay Range USD $90,000.00 – $177,450.00 per year.
