We’re looking for a
Project Engineering Manager (Transmission Line)
who’s both a doer and a leader—someone ready to guide teams on
69kV and above transmission projects
while still staying hands‑on with
PLS-CADD modeling .

What You’ll Do
Oversee design, procurement, and construction support for transmission and substation projects
Manage project scope, budget, and schedules for EPC and service‑based work
Respond to RFPs and develop detailed engineering proposals
Mentor and train engineers, especially in PLS‑CADD and structural design principles
Act as the bridge between junior engineers and project leads as a Subject Matter Expert
What You’ll Bring
8–10+ years of experience in structural (civil) engineering—about 90% of your work
Strong consulting background in EPC or services projects
Expert‑level
PLS-CADD skills (8/10 or higher) —must be comfortable modeling
Experience with
69kV and higher
transmission line design
PE license (not required)
You can work from any of the following locations:
Houston, TX

Bloomington, MN
Ann Arbor, MI
Raleigh, NC
