Overview
The M&W Parts Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by managing the maintenance parts for the Piscataway, NJ manufacturing facility. Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the purchaser, supervisors and mechanics to help improve line efficiency through accurate planning of work orders, and part consumption
Kitting parts to work orders and provide supervisors with ready work
Reporting on parts utilization weekly
Establish min/max levels and replenishment of consumable parts in SAP
Reconcile parts inventory
Perform period end and annual cycle counts
Receive in shipments and occasionally ship parts for repair
Assist with purchasing parts
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
High School diploma required
SAP knowledge for maintenance inventory (required)
Ability to work weekends if needed
Ability to identify parts using OEM manuals, drawings and markings
Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license
Safe driving record strongly preferred
