Property and Casualty Attorney

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of Property & Casualty matters from intake through settlement or trial.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.

Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management.

Maintain accurate case documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

Active Member of the Colorado Bar.

Minimum of

5 years of Property & Casualty litigation experience .

Proven track record of successful case settlements and courtroom advocacy.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Bonus structure: 5% of all settled cases.
