Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
Base Pay Range: $135,000 – $220,000 per year.

Job Details
Manage all aspects of civil litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal court
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Handle mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
Develop and execute litigation strategy consistent with client goals
Provide coverage opinions and risk analysis for insurers and corporate clients
Represent clients in trial and appellate proceedings as needed
Qualifications
J.D. and licensed to practice in California (Nevada or Oregon a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters
Recent experience with any of the practice areas listed above
