Job Description The Lead Project Manager is responsible for driving initiative-level execution and field readiness across regional rollouts. This role serves as a bridge between corporate planning and field execution—translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable activation plans that ensure the Domino’s system is informed, equipped, and confident to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities Initiative Planning & Activation Execution (40%)

Partner with the Vice President to develop detailed activation plans for initiatives—aligning scope, timing, and field readiness milestones.

Coordinate end-to-end rollout logistics including resource development, communication timing, and post‑launch follow‑up.

Own initiative-level project tracking, risk identification, and reporting to ensure on‑time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Lead initiative readiness meetings and collaborate with Field Operations and Center of Excellence teams to confirm systems, tools, and training are launch‑ready.

Support pilot markets to collect insights and refine activation playbooks prior to expansion.

Field Readiness & Communication (30%)

Serve as a key liaison to Business Consultants, ensuring consistent and transparent communication during each rollout.

Translate cross‑functional updates into clear, actionable messages that drive confidence and clarity for the field.

Maintain two‑way communication channels between field teams and the activation group, ensuring feedback is captured, tracked, and acted upon.

Develop post‑launch feedback summaries to share field sentiment and adoption progress with leadership, field teams, and project teams.

Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement (20%)

Develop initiative dashboards and reporting in partnership with Field Leadership and Analytics teams to monitor readiness and post‑launch impact.

Identify trends, obstacles, and opportunities based on field feedback and performance metrics.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve rollout efficiency, field preparedness, training adoption, and engagement.

Support continuous improvement processes for activation playbooks, templates, and resource libraries.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Brand Representation (10%)

Partner with Center of Excellence, Innovation, and Marketing to ensure operational initiatives are designed with field input and operational alignment.

Represent the Field Activation perspective in cross‑functional planning sessions, offering insights to enhance implementation feasibility and field adoption.

Support Business Planning Meetings, Rallies, and other key events as part of initiative alignment and field support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, training, HR, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience within operations, project management, and training; experience as a multi‑unit supervisor or franchise trainer.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, enterprise‑wide rollouts.

Ability to influence people across multiple departments.

Analytical and adaptable thinker—comfortable making decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex updates into simple, actionable steps.

Skilled in change management, coaching, and field engagement.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to travel 25%+ including overnight travel.
