Identify and address project dependencies, risks, and scope changes with a proactive approach.
Stakeholder Communication:
Deliver clear, regular updates to leadership, investors, and operational stakeholders on progress, KPIs, and upcoming deliverables.

SaaS or enterprise technology projects , ideally in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
Deep understanding of cloud-based systems, API integrations, and data interoperability
(AWS, Azure, REST APIs, ERP/WMS platforms).
Proven experience with
Agile / Scrum
methodologies and distributed technical teams.
Familiarity with
fleet and compliance technologies
(ELD, IFTA, DOT) and/or
warehouse management systems (WMS) .
Strong background in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification but not required.
Future Growth & Expansion This role offers a path to
program leadership
over the platform’s next development phase — integrating
warehousing, freight brokerage, and end-to-end supply chain visibility tools . The ideal candidate will be ready to scale beyond project management into a
strategic operational leadership
position as the business grows.
