Job Description As a senior manager on our fund administration team, you’ll work directly with leading private equity clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. You’ll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead client relationships across multiple private‑equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.

You’ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.

You’ll prepare and review key financial components such as journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.

You’ll manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.

You’ll prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.

The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($80,000‑$120,000).

Qualifications

Over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.

Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Consistent delivery of exceptional client service, building trust and long‑term relationships.

Expertise in supporting complex fund operations and driving high‑quality outcomes.
