Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Real Estate Agent at Caple & Company, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, performing market analysis, managing client communications, and handling necessary paperwork. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the real estate process and ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Qualifications
Skills in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market is a plus
