Director of Business Development / FP&A / Search Consultant Overview:

The Warehouse/Procurement Manager is responsible for leading company-wide procurement activities, inventory management, and multi-location warehouse operations. This role oversees sourcing, vendor relations, and material logistics for solar and construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and material purchasing

Manage and standardize inventory tracking and warehouse operations across multiple sites

Ensure OSHA safety compliance and lead warehouse teams in best practices

Collaborate with operations and project management teams to forecast and coordinate materials

Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in procurement and warehouse management

Strong background in solar procurement, supply chain management, and logistics

OSHA and Forklift Certified (required)

Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Salesforce)

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

Salary range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
