The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations (Lab) will be responsible for operational oversight of the accounts receivable function to maximize reimbursement. This position ensures department compliance with DaVita policies and federal and state billing regulatory requirements with budget accountability. This position is also responsible for leadership and oversight of teammate performance. This position reports to Director, Revenue Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides management leadership and oversight to direct reports and teammate performance
– 30%
Manage Revenue Operations processes to ensure both internal and external expectations and performance standards are met
– 20%
Resolves payment disputes with payors, in collaboration with senior leaders of Revenue and Payor Contracting, as appropriate
– 15%
Assesses effectiveness of revenue cycle processes, recommends / implements improvements
– 15%
Acts as subject matter expert in regards to ESRD and/or healthcare reimbursement and industry standards; Facilitates knowledge to key stakeholders
– 10%
Acts as proxy for the Director, Revenue Operations when/where needed
– 5%
Other duties as assigned – 5%
