ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst (TS/SCI)

Clearance:

Seamless Migration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on enabling businesses through automation. We seek a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare the organization’s business processes for seamless implementation with automated IT solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map, engineer, and refine business processes for implementation with the ServiceNow platform.
Document and translate stakeholder requirements into technical terminology suitable for execution by ServiceNow developers.
Propose innovative solutions using knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and recommend software integration points.
Document module, process, and sub‑process objectives, workflows, data fields, integrations, and decision points for the ticket/activity lifecycle.
Evaluate established processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend modifications to optimize workflows.
Assist with requirements verification and validation to ensure solutions meet original business requirements.
Develop and brief process documentation to senior stakeholders (user stories, process models, training artifacts, requirement matrices, status briefings, test plans, procedures).
Assist technical IT teams with process definition and refinement outside of automated workflows as time permits.
Qualifications
Five or more years of combined experience in DoD/IC process engineering, business analysis, governance, ServiceNow development/administration, or similar role.
One or more ServiceNow certifications.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, analyzing, and engineering efficient, scalable enterprise‑level business processes within large organizations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow functional capabilities in modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CAM, PPM, CMDB, HAM, etc.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting clear, concise stakeholder requirements executable by ServiceNow developers.
Alignment of workflows with enterprise governance, policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, tracking status, and briefing senior leadership on progress.
Operating in an Agile environment with knowledge of the software development lifecycle and iterative release schedules.
Developing formal technical documentation such as workflow diagrams, procedures, user stories, SLAs, test plans, roadmaps, and briefings.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior executives.
Meets credential requirements for Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) positions.
Nice to Have
Advanced certifications in ITIL, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Experience administering or engineering secure enterprise information systems—endpoints, networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, or ITSM.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform API integrations with third‑party technologies.
Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Project Management, IT Governance, Software Development Lifecycle, IT Operations Management, and/or IT Service Management.
