Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical and plumbing). Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Oversees mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment. Maintains inventory of operational supplies. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards. Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities

Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.

Oversees and maintains warehouse including repairing concrete floors, roll‑up dock doors, and racks; replacing lights and light fixtures; replacing plumbing and fixtures; installing, repairing, and texturing drywall; servicing air conditioning units; remodeling and decorating rooms as needed; painting large and small areas.

Coordinates outside building contractors.

Keeps accurate records/files of work orders for preventative maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.

Repairs in‑house vending machines as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Details

Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.

2–4 years experience in maintenance related to warehouse and/or production environment.

One or more years of experience in each of the trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing), two or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
