What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to improve the reliability of electrical assets and optimize maintenance costs
Provide operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and transformers
Manage analysis and ensure follow-up on predictive data such as coordination studies and relay tests
Offer technical guidance on local, national, and international codes and standards
Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and provide training to field technicians on electrical systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, ISA, NEC, and IEEE
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
Ability to travel for extended periods with little advance notice
Valid driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
2 years of experience with Medium Voltage systems
5 years of experience in Industrial Operations
