Seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to join our growing team and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and submittals.
Ensure adherence to contract documents and company procedures.
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and project reporting.
Mentor and guide project engineers and support staff.
Utilize
Procore
for project management, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years
of experience as a
Project Manager
with a
General Contractor .
Proven success managing
K–12 (ISD) projects
and
municipal/public sector projects
in the
Dallas–Fort Worth area .
Experience with
data centers
is a strong plus.
Procore experience required
— must be proficient in daily use.
Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and client relations.
Must
currently reside in the DFW metroplex
(no relocation or sponsorship available).
Good working tenure, not a job hopper.
