Retail Shift Lead

About the Role As a
Retail Shift Lead , you’ll take charge of daily retail operations, helping guests find the perfect LEGO® set while leading your team to success. You’ll serve as
Supervisor on Duty , supporting multiple departments — from Retail and Admissions to Food & Beverage — ensuring every guest has a seamless, joy-filled visit.
You’ll also play a key role in
training, coaching, and motivating
our front-line team members to deliver world-class service and keep our shop looking awesome!
Qualifications & Experience What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the team
as Supervisor on Duty — overseeing Retail, Admissions, F&B, and the attraction floor.
Inspire and motivate
hosts to be “guest obsessed” and deliver unforgettable experiences.
Support retail operations
through training, stocking, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Delegate and monitor assignments , ensuring the floor runs smoothly and efficiently.
Respond to guest questions or concerns
— turning challenges into positive moments.
Train and coach
hosts on safety, retail standards, and profit protection.
Evaluate team performance
and provide coaching and feedback to help team members grow.
Collaborate
with all departments to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment.
(And, of course, you’ll help make sure every guest leaves with a smile — and maybe a new LEGO® set!)
What You Bring to the Team
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
At least
6 months of experience
in retail, attractions, or hospitality.
A passion for
entertaining children and families .
Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to energize a team!
A love for
customer service
and an ability to turn guest interactions into memorable moments.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-energy environment .
Able to
train and motivate others
while leading by example.

Schedule & Work Environment
Must be available for
flexible hours , including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role requires standing and walking throughout your shift, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in varied temperatures or sound levels.
