Job Description Primary Function of Position:

The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) leads the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on managing and developing a high-performing Digital Solutions sales team. This role drives commercial outcomes by expanding adoption of Intuitive’s digital offerings through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, lead, and coach a Digital Solutions sales team to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Develop and execute sales strategies that promote adoption and utilization of digital solutions.

Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth.

Align field and corporate sales teams on market strategy and lead prioritization.

Partner with marketing, product, and operations to support go-to-market efforts and identify new opportunities.

Lead change management and training for new digital offerings.

Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.

Oversee sales reporting, territory planning, and administrative compliance.

Qualifications: Skills, Experience, Education, & Training Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership (managing salespeople is required).

Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.

Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.

Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with IDNs and strategic customer growth.

Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies.
