The pay range is

$71,000.00 - $128,000.00 . Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and may consider education, work experience, and certifications. Roundel is Target’s entry into the media business—an advertising sell‑side platform built on first‑party data, brand‑safe environments, and proven marketing outcomes.

Manager, Account Management – Partner Solutions, Roundel You will develop a multi‑channel, integrated marketing approach across digital channels for Roundel clients. As the key client contact you’ll maintain highly productive, professional relationships with internal and external partners, and tell the story of Roundel’s differentiators in the marketplace. You’ll see the big picture, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and consistently provide proactive, customer‑focused solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

You are the key client contact for high‑level annual planning to program‑level strategies, delivering highly integrated and effective media plans for Roundel’s top accounts.

You own client campaign proposals, building audience strategies, media mix allocations, and creative and media strategies aligned to clients’ priorities and rooted in insights and historical media performance.

You consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs.

You attend client meetings and present strategic recommendations based on your client’s key objectives, providing compelling guidance on specific media tactics.

You stay up to date on industry trends in retail and digital advertising, looking for opportunities and tests to elevate service levels.

You partner closely with cross‑functional teams—Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Sales, Trading & Ad Ops, and Channel Development—to deliver and execute effective results.

About You

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience.

Strong experience in digital marketing and media, including ad serving and ad networks.

Hands‑on experience with media planning systems such as Operative One, DCM, DFP, or a similar ad serving platform.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills; ability to multitask and drive results in a rapidly changing environment.

Superior time management and multitasking to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.

Ability to articulate and defend creative & media direction to internal and external stakeholders.

Deep understanding of the full media planning process—from strategy and plan development to execution.

Passion for uncovering new media opportunities to drive incremental business.

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with internal and external partners.

Work Arrangement Remote or hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangements may be considered based on Target’s needs. A remote arrangement means the team member works full‑time from home or an alternate location that is not a Target location. Travel to Headquarters is limited to up to four times a year. Hybrid arrangements allow the core role to be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending on tasks required.
