Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Transition RN Fellowship at Marian Regional Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a new specialty unit. Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of RN experience required.
Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
ACLS
Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a 'Meets' standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
