Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Intelligent Business Process Automation Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions across enterprise operations. This role combines business process expertise with cutting‑edge technologies such as AI, RPA, low‑code platforms, and workflow orchestration to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Analyze and assess existing business processes to identify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and machine learning
Design and implement end‑to‑end intelligent automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Integrate cognitive services (e.g., NLP, OCR, predictive analytics) to enhance automation capabilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, map processes, and define KPIs for automation success
Develop reusable automation components and scalable frameworks for enterprise‑wide deployment
Provide thought leadership on intelligent automation trends, tools, and best practices
Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of automation workflows
Train stakeholders and end‑users on automation tools and governance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise IT consulting
Proficiency in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
Experience with AI/ML integration, APIs, and low‑code/no‑code platforms
Strong understanding of BPMN, process mapping, and workflow design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through automation
