Job Title: Financial Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with strong Power BI experience to join our team. This role involves building dashboards using sanitized HR data, implementing row‑level security (RLS) by division or business unit, creating a simple interface for assigning access, and assisting in tracking roster changes with a focus on labor planning logic. This is a remote, full‑time engagement from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, running through the end of the year. We seek someone who can work independently with minimal oversight and deliver quick wins. If you have built secure Power BI workflows and are comfortable working with HR or financial data, we would love to see your resume and examples of dashboards or tools you have developed.
Responsibilities
Build secure Power BI dashboards using sanitized HR data.
Implement row‑level security (RLS) by division or business unit.
Create a simple interface for assigning access.
Flag roster changes, including new hires, exits, and layoffs across weekly files.
Begin layering in labor planning logic, covering benefits, payroll cycles, and absence factors.
Essential Skills
3+ years of Power BI experience.
Proficiency in row‑level security (RLS) and data modeling.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight (3 hours/week of guidance).
Comfortable with ingesting and compartmentalizing roster data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with payroll, labor planning, or finance‑related tools is a bonus.
Background in finance, project management, forecasting, data analysis, and data workflow automation is advantageous.
