Responsibilities

Lead the Site Leadership Team, set, communicate, and track specific measurable goals (KPIs); drive accountability across the organization and report progress.

Oversee financial objectives including operating and capital budgets, implement robust IT and control systems, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure strict adherence to all regulations, company policies, and relevant ISO standards; develop, implement, and improve comprehensive EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), conduct hazard assessments and audits, and lead incident investigations.

Provide leadership and management to key departments such as Administration, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and EHS, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

General Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations and objectives.

Qualifications and Expectations

Spend up to 10–15% of your day on the manufacturing floor.

Take ownership of plant operations and lead by example.

Coach and mentor staff, infusing energy and excitement into daily operations.

Thrive in fast‑paced environments, work under pressure.

Strong problem‑solving and process‑improvement skills.

Plant turnaround experience preferred.

Ability to hold others accountable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering, operations, chemistry, or supply chain.

At least two years of similar manufacturing operations management experience.

Experience overseeing others in a blending/mixing manufacturing environment, ideally in chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, food, beverage, etc.

Experience overseeing multiple facets of manufacturing: production, maintenance, engineering, quality, etc.

Experience overseeing both direct and indirect reports.

Non‑union operations management experience.

Working knowledge of P&L.

ERP experience.

Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.

Preferred Skills

SAP

Experience working in turnaround situations.

Power BI

Master's degree.
