What You'll Do As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional network and security projects. You’ll manage initiatives that span infrastructure upgrades, security hardening, vendor coordination, and strategic deployments across AT&T’s core network.
Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyze proposed projects, create detailed schedules, assemble and manage the project team, track progress, conduct risk analysis, manage cost and variance, and control project activities while establishing and maintaining contractual relationships with customers and vendors.
Lead the design, implementation, and production life cycle of technical business initiatives, including business case analysis, feasibility studies, market research, and vendor management. May oversee multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs.
Apply Scrum or Agile techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management. Responsibilities may include sprint planning, iteration meetings, and sprint backlog management.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading large‑scale network infrastructure projects, including PMATT execution and cross‑functional coordination.
Strong understanding of AT&T’s network architecture, security hardening initiatives, and infrastructure refresh cycles.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive outcomes across engineering, cybersecurity, and architecture teams.
Excellent communication skills for executive‑level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools to support iterative planning and team collaboration.
What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in network project management. Prefer a BS degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or equivalent project management experience.
