Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated

HVAC Service Technician

with a

minimum of 2 years of experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing oil, propane, and natural gas heating systems, as well as ventilation and air conditioning systems. You should be capable of

diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining

a variety of HVAC systems efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices

2+ years of experience

servicing and repairing Air Conditioning, oil, propane, and Natural gas

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school certification

Valid driver’s license and applicable trade certifications

Ability to write routine service reports and correspondence

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with industry tools (electrical meter, efficiency tester, refrigeration gauges, recovery machine, manometer, etc.)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

Perform seasonal system maintenance and troubleshooting

Conduct general repairs on steam and hot water heating systems

Diagnose and repair airflow and ducting issues

Install HVAC equipment as needed

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing honest, effective solutions

Complete job reports and service tickets promptly and accurately

Attend service meetings, training seminars, and company events

Maintain a clean and organized job site and service vehicle

Participate in an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays

Work overtime as needed
