Responsibilities

Handling tickets or issues without escalations.

Following all SLA response and resolution principles.

Willing to work on desired shifts and provide on-call support.

Solving issues or tickets based on customer approvals.

Working independently on critical incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

Globalscape and SFTP Tool:

Experience on Globalscape EFT, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or other Globalscape products.

File Transfer Protocols:

Strong knowledge of networking concepts and transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS).

Configurations:

Hands-on with DMZ, RAM, and AWE configurations for file transfers.

Incident Management:

Expertise in resolving and troubleshooting P1/P2 issues as per SLAs without breach.

Globalscape Expertise:

Proficient in account creation, event rule configuration, connection profiles, key pair setup, and module issue resolution.

Versions:

Good command over Globalscape versions 7.x and 8.x.

Availability & Support:

Comfortable with shifts (5:30 PM–2:30 AM / 7:00 PM–4:00 AM) and on-call support.

High Availability:

Experience on HA servers and RAM agents hosting Globalscape applications.

Security & Encryption:

Encryption/decryption, SSL configuration, EFT module setup, and permission group management.

Scripting & Tools:

Knowledge of Unix and PowerShell scripts; able to run queries integrated with file transfers.

Utilities:

Skilled in Putty, WinSCP, and FileZilla.

Core Strengths:

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem classification, root cause diagnosis, and communication skills.
