Electrical Project Engineer
at our Tomahawk, WI facility. Principle Responsibilities
Provide engineering services to maintenance and operating personnel to resolve technical and equipment reliability issues. Establish and maintain safe work practices and environment. Ensure enforcement of mill rules and company policies. Supervise mill and contract employees as required. Maintain equipment files and understand equipment operation for preventive and predictive maintenance. Develop maintenance procedures to ensure equipment availability. Work with peers to maintain equipment and achieve uptime goals. Prepare project scope and cost estimates. Develop strategies for engineering, procurement, and construction for each project. Design and implement approved projects. Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and cost. Manage project construction, commissioning, and start-up. Communicate project status to operations and maintenance teams. Provide technical assistance to identify and solve routine problems. Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager. Basic Qualifications
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up. Skills in prioritization, delegation, problem-solving, and teamwork. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications
