Job Summary At Digital Remedy, we’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager, who is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving excellence in data product management. As a key member of the product team, you will lead a squad of data engineers in supporting all data needs of the Digital Remedy business – platform, client services and operations teams, support and other initiatives.
In this role, you’ll support initiatives to define, build, and launch performance‑driven solutions that unlock new monetization opportunities and maximize campaign outcomes, enhance performance, and fuel innovation across our data solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Digital Remedy’s business, services, platform and data architecture.
Manage and influence the Data Engineering team’s goals, roadmap, and alignment with business objectives.
Define and drive product requirements for data platforms, pipelines, API integrations, and external data provider collaborations.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data and AI initiatives, making data‑driven adjustments.
Lead Agile practices, ensuring timely and high‑quality feature delivery.
Stay current on AdTech, data and AI trends to proactively drive improvements & support business opportunities.
Problem‑solve complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges, ideally keeping short / mid / long‑term solutions in mind for scalability as relevant.
Our Ideal Candidate
2‑4 years of product management experience in an AdTech environment
Strong understanding of advertising workflows and data dependencies.
Experience in performance marketing (DSPs, measurement, attribution, audience targeting, optimization).
Knowledge of data integration (ETL / ELT), data pipelines, and data modelling.
Understanding databases and storage: data lakes, relational databases, NoSQL, Graph databases, and data warehousing.
Proficiency in cloud‑based data platforms (Databricks, AWS, Azure).
Comfortable and able to thrive while operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Confident working cross‑functionally, with excellent people and communication skills.
Ability to understand and translate platform and customer needs into data solutions, and vice versa.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with identity graphs, clean rooms, or privacy‑compliant targeting solutions.
Experience implementing AI solutions in the AdTech space or in extending individual / team productivity.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $127,000 to $170,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bi‑annual performance‑based bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full‑time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
