*Regency Specialties*, a premier multispecialty medical and surgical group in Arizona, is seeking a *Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Dermatologist* to join our thriving and well-established dermatology division.
*Position Highlights:* * *$500,000 guaranteed starting base salary* * *Substantial signing bonus* * *High bonus potential* based on productivity and performance * Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid malpractice, and CME allowance * Flexible 4 or 5-day work week schedule * *Established practice* with robust internal and external referral streams * *Additional revenue opportunities* through collaboration and oversight of established PA/NP-led dermatology clinics * *Opportunities to practice in newly built, state-of-the-art facilities* * Full clinical autonomy within a supportive and collegial multispecialty group * Experienced support staff and use of *EMA (Modernizing Medicine)* EHR
