CNC EDM Programmer
with strong expertise in Wire and/or Sinker EDM operations to support the production of complex, high-tolerance parts.
What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of CNC EDM programming experience (Wire, Sinker, or both)
Proven background in precision machining for aerospace or turbine components
Proficiency with CAM software and multi-axis CNC programming
Hands‑on experience with machine setup, tooling, and process optimization
Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and inspection standards
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and self‑management skills
Your Role:
Develop and optimize EDM programs for high‑precision aerospace/turbine components
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes
Set up, test, and validate programs on advanced CNC EDM systems
Troubleshoot and implement on‑the‑floor modifications as needed
Provide technical guidance and training to operators and junior programmers
Participate in required training programs (valid passport required for travel)
