Program Details

Interview format:

MS Teams video interview with camera ON. 2nd round may be held in-person.

Duration:

1 year with possible extension.

Location:

Lansing, MI – Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule, required onsite from day 1, two days a week. No remote‑only option.

Infrastructure/Network and Application Support – 5+ years

Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support – 5+ years

Technical Customer Service Analyst – 5+ years

Responsibilities As the System Architect, you will be responsible for:

Designing, maintaining, developing, and enhancing agency applications.

Leading the team with project tasks, including gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

Providing advanced technical support for the Dynamics 365 Platform.

Executing projects within the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM) framework, including development, testing, and deployment of application releases, updates, and modifications.

Qualifications / Skillset

5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Architect experience – 5+ years.

Power Platform Solutions (Power Automate, Power Pages) – 3+ years.

Microsoft Azure platform expertise.

Azure DevOps – 5+ years.

Database Architecture Experience – 3+ years.

Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms and including integration and authentication across systems.

CICD/Release Management – Define, communicate, and manage technical change management processes for Dynamics 365 related technology efforts.

Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

Azure Communications, APIs, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including preparation of detailed documentation and presentations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of resolving complex issues timely.

Technical Customer Service Analyst – 5+ years.

Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support – 5+ years.
