Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Collaborate with technical team to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing CRM or Power Platform components.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and databases (e.g., ERP, vendor systems, Project Management, SharePoint, SQL Server).
Support QA/UAT efforts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Configure model‑driven apps, develop canvas apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role‑based security.
Deliver robust solutions that are maintainable, scalable, highly responsive, and user‑friendly.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, contract management).
Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD in D365 environments.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600) are preferred.
Soft Skills
Strong team collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical teams.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
